Previously, these passes were exclusively available at RapidKL counters across various stations, including LRT, MRT, BRT, Monorail, and selected bus hubs. The move to online sales is aimed at providing additional convenience for users who can now make purchases from anywhere at any time.

You can purchase it here.

But… you still need to queue at the counter to validate

However, it is important for commuters to note that despite the online purchasing option, physical redemption of the pass is still mandatory.

The passes are only operational post-validation, with the first tap at the gantry activating the pass. For validation, customers are required to present their Touch n’ Go card along with the purchase receipt.

The necessity for in-person validation stems from the requirement that these passes are exclusively for Malaysian citizens, necessitating the presentation of a Malaysian identity card.

While the online purchase option adds a layer of convenience, the overall process remains largely unchanged, as commuters will still need to visit and queue at the counter for activation.
