According to the post, Rachel had just wrapped up a project with her client and decided to indulge in a comforting cup of coffee.

While placing her order, she was confronted with yet another disrespectful message from the client.

“Despite successfully defending my position, the lack of respect after months of diligent work and overtime took its toll, and I struggled to hold back tears,” she wrote.

Attempting to maintain her composure and reminding herself that it’s not appropriate for adults to cry in public, Rachel was taken aback when she received her ZUS Coffee order.

Tucked inside was a tissue with a heartfelt message: “I’m sorry you had a bad day today. Please have a good sleep tonight. Bye!”

Speaking to WeirdKaya, Rachel shared that the staff might have noticed her sniffling while she placed her order, which led to their spontaneous act of kindness.

Rachel expressed her sincere thanks to the ZUS Coffee staff at Pavilion Bukit Jalil Branch for their genuine care.

“This gesture of understanding and kindness was enough to break down my emotional barriers,” she said.
