We had entered through one entrance and planned to exit through another. We searched every level for almost an hour. Just so you know, we were leaving at 10pm, right when the mall was closing and everyone was hurrying to leave. I got fed up and asked a security guard for help. It only took 10 minutes, and we found it."*** ![M](https://cdn.weirdkaya.com/media/netizen-comment-2-31.jpeg)Screenshot via [X/@bckupacc99](https://twitter.com/bckupacc99/status/1757041231639757041) ***"I've experience this at Sunway Pyramid before... ever since then, I always take a picture of the pillar."*** ![M](https://cdn.weirdkaya.com/media/netizen-comment-3-27.jpeg)Screenshot via [X/@bckupacc99](https://twitter.com/bckupacc99/status/1757041231639757041) ## Kind netizens shared helpful tips Another user, X, shared a helpful tip - Take a photo by the parking pillar to note the zone and level.
