Former Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob has released a statement congratulating Anwar Ibrahim on his appointment as the 10th Prime Minister of Malaysia.
In the statement, the former PM first extends his deepest appreciation to the King, who has approved the appointment of the Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim as the 10th Prime Minister.
He also thanked Keluarga Malaysia who have been with him all the time.
Congratulations to YAB Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim on this appointment.
Thank you to the entire Keluarga Malaysia and the families of civil servants, especially the frontline officers who have been with me all this time.
Besides, he also expressed his appreciation of Keluara Malaysia in helping his administration and ensuring that Malaysia continues on the road to health, political and economic recovery.
“I pray that the new Government can continue political stability and maintain the country’s economic sustainability.”
