A 12-year-old girl, Madrafataha Indal Bangsawan, has been reported missing after she was sent by her mother to retrieve food from a car parked at their flat in Lorong Batu Nilam 1B, Bandar Bukit Tinggi 1, Klang, yesterday afternoon (9 October).


According to the police statement by South Klang District Police chief ACP Cha Hoong Fong, the incident occurred at approximately 2:20 pm yesterday (9 October).
The girl’s mother had asked her to retrieve the food from the car, and the child went down alone. When the child did not return home, the mother began searching the parking area around 3:00 pm but could not find her daughter,” he said.
“After an exhaustive search, the mother lodged a police report at around 8:59 pm.”
The South Klang Criminal Investigation Department has since opened an inquiry to investigate the disappearance.
