A woman recently called out the owner of a Singapore-registered car for his flippant attitude over a collision he caused while reversing the vehicle.
The incident also infuriated netizens, who urged the woman to lodge a police report against the man.
Hits front bumper of woman’s car
In a Threads post, the woman shared dashcam footage of the incident, where it showed her vehicle being behind the Singapore-registered car outside a mall believed to be in Johor.
As the Singapore-registered car began reversing, the owner failed to notice that her car was behind his, leading to his car hitting her front bumper despite her honking to warn him.

‘Nothing ah, nothing ah’
Following the collision, the woman thought that the owner of the Singapore-registered car would take responsibility for the mishap.
She claimed the owner gave a half-hearted apology and didn’t look her in the eye while apologising.
She also alleged that he tried to brush off the severity of the situation by saying ‘nothing ah, nothing ah’ before getting back into the car and driving off.

Needless to say, this left the woman fuming, who slammed the Singapore-registered car owner for thinking it was a small matter when her car had indeed sustained damage.
She later revealed in the comment section that she had lodged a police report against the other party.
Online anger
The owner’s blasé attitude left netizens enraged, with many leaving harsh comments about the entitled and arrogant attitude of Singaporeans.
‘Singaporeans are actually poor but pretend to be rich when they enter Malaysia.’

‘A country with the #1 passport in the world but its citizens are all ‘kiasu’ (afraid to lose). Attitude’s like one of country bumpkins.’
