She also lodged a police report.
While it’s normal to experience disagreements with your employer at work, it’s never a good idea to plot revenge as it will most likely backfire.

A group of 12 staff members who worked for a local entrepreneur known as Kieda found themselves without a job after she discovered they had created a WhatsApp group to trash talk behind her back.

In one of the screenshots shared by Kieda, it showed her staff agreeing to resign collectively after getting their salaries.

Unbeknownst to them, Kieda had already caught wind of their plan and gave them an ultimatum: hand her their resignation letters within 24 hours.

Following the screenshot, Kieda posted pictures of herself alongside her former staff members, accompanied by a heartfelt caption expressing her profound hurt.

What have I done wrong? Why did they betray me? Never though this would happen to me. Please forgive me if I couldn’t be the leader to make your work easier.

However, she also wished her former employees all the best in finding news jobs and a boss that is more supportive of them.

She also posted a photo of her lodging a police report on her Facebook account today, writing that she hopes it will serve as a lesson for those “looking to bring the company down together”.
