An unfortunate incident occurred at the IOI Mall in Puchong, Selangor, when a person was reported to have fallen from a height.
The incident took place around 10 am today (19 June) on the ground floor in front of a convenience store in IOI Mall Puchong.
The identity of the person and the extent of their injuries remains unknown at this time.
Upon receiving the report, the police immediately dispatched officers to the scene to cordon off the area and commence investigations.
Many mall patrons and employees were seen engaged in conversations about the incident after it took place.

IOI Mall’s management has since confirmed the incident in an official statement:
“We are deeply saddened by the attempted suicide incident that took place today. Our emergency response team took immediate action, and the incident is currently under investigation by the police.
