Instagram has reportedly suspended thousands of account without prior notice.
This comes after many users shared that their accounts have been disabled or suspended on other social media platforms such as Twitter and XiaoHongShu.
Did anyone else’s Instagram just get suspended for no reason? And now Instagram won’t even bother to let you appeal it just gives you an error?#InstagramDown?

Suspended without reason
On XiaoHongShu, many users also urged the social media platform to explain on the suspension.
According to downdetector, there are over 3,115 reports of the Instagram outage in the past hour.
Instagram has since responded the issue on Twitter.
“We are aware that some of you are having issues accessing your Instagram account. We’re looking into it and apologise for the inconvenience.”

A WeirdKaya reader shared that she was just scrolling her Instagram stories and got suspended without any proper reason.
