With the General Election(GE) coming near the corner, we have seen many campaign materials such as flags, billboards and brochures from different political parties along the street.
While you’ve probably been bombarded with so many party flags, a signboard that uses the name of different political parties in its menu has recently gone viral on the internet.
In a post shared byTwitter user @brgsjks, we can see an unnamed satay restaurant included almost all the prominent political parties and coalitions in its menu.

For example, they have ‘yam yang seDAP’, ‘dating tenderloin PASti lembut’ and ‘combing perapan WARISAN’ in their menu.

It even reassured their customers that everyone is free to buy from the restaurant with several puns in it.
‘Tak mungkin kecewakan HARAPAN anda, tak kira usia MUDA tau tua, anda BEBAS membeli,” it wrote.
(Translation:we will not disappoint your HOPE, no matter how young or old you are, you are FREE to buy,” it wrote.)
The post, which was posted yesterday (15 November) quickly garnered over 7.7k likes a press time.

Many also took to the comment section and praised the restaurant owner’s creativity by including 9 political parties in their menu.
“This is awesome! Creative!”
‘Now I know all the party names in Malaysia.”
“Marketing at its finest.”
