Fourteen researchers from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) have been recognized among the World’s Top 2% most-cited scientists for 2023 by Stanford University.
14 UTAR researchers ranked top 2% in the world
According to UTAR, this prestigious ranking is based on the Scopus author profiles as of 1 October 2023. The list, which covers various scientific fields, was meticulously prepared by Prof. John Ioannidis and his team from Stanford University.
The updated database (version 6) offers standardized information on various metrics such as citations, h-index, co-authorship-adjusted hm-index, citations to papers in different authorship positions, and a composite indicator.
