Recently, a Malaysian man stumbled upon an extraordinary scene – a Rapid KL bus casually cruising along the road, tilted slightly. Yes, you read that right—tilted.
Taking to his TikTok account, @dollahsome, the OP shared the odd scenario leaving everyone in awe.
In that brief 13-second clip, the bus was seen cruising on the road, with its back tire just hovering above the ground before coming to a stop at a bus stop.
Speaking exclusively to WeirdKaya, the OP expressed that he was shocked and confused witnessing it near KL Trades in Gombak.
“I feel confused and a bit strange because the bus was tilted,” the told us, noting the odd scene he witnessed on the road.
Netizen were amused
This video instantly garnered over 1 million views with more than one thousand comments. Netizens found it funny how the bus was moving strangely.

One netizen questioned why the bus is tilted.
“Please provide the correct answer, why was the bus tilted? Was it because the road was uneven or something?”

RapidKL responded
Through their Facebook, Rapid KL has responded to the viral video circulating on social media. In their statement, they confirmed the incident and noted that the bus driver promptly stopped at the nearest bus stop upon noticing the bus tilting, ensuring passenger safety and seeking technical assistance.
Further explanation revealed that the Rapid Bus Operations Control Centre found the bus unfit for operation due to a leaking air bellow suspension in the tyre.
Rapid KL apologised for any inconvenience caused to the public and emphasised their commitment not to operate buses that do not meet standards.
