Malaysian fans will have to wait a little longer to see Disney’s Thor: Love and Thunder hit local screens after its release date was postponed to July 21.
This was announced by Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) in a Facebook post but did not offer an official explanation for the delay.
Those who have purchased tickets in advance and online will be fully refunded within 14 working days. As for those who bought tickets at the counter or e-kiosk, they have to return to the cinema they bought it from and claim their refund within 14 working days.
Excited moviegoers were understandably upset by the news and began to speculate over what could have caused Thor: Love and Thunder to be delayed.
Even the legendary meme page MGAG weighed in on the issue, where it posted a meme which summarised what fans were feeling over the postponement.
