## Pasir Mas Police: Both parties agree to a truce

Pasir Mas District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Mohd. Nasaruddin M. Nasir later said that all individuals who were involved in the fight were identified and summoned to the Pasir Mas District Police Headquarters for investigation, reported [Harian Metro](https://www.hmetro.com.my/mutakhir/2022/09/881329/gaduh-pasal-sewa-rumah-rupanya).

"The tenant had promised to hand over the house keys that day but failed to do so. Hence, they fought with each other due to misunderstanding."

He added that the incident was sparked by a disagreement over rent and that both parties agreed not to pursue the case any further.

Mohd. Nasaruddin also urged the public not to spread rumours that may cause public panic.
