His parents were heavily in debt and eventually declared bankrupt.
To make matters worse, her ex-husband claims the car is unusable, preventing its sale to reduce the debt.
“We were hounded by loan sharks every day.”
Despite the plea, his friend wisely declined, citing financial inability.
