Despite her efforts, the school administration did not respond to her concerns until she publicly demanded an explanation in the group chat. > **"The principal eventually replied, promising to conduct an investigation," she added.** ## Questioned principal's investigation process Later, the class teacher inquired about the boy's hospital and room number, stating that the principal planned to visit. ![Penang Woman Claims Son](https://cdn.weirdkaya.com/media/penang-woman-claims-sons-bones-were-broken-by-classmate-on-purpose-alleges-school-refused-to-take-action03.jpg)Source:[Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/100000457266635/posts/pfbid0N14GXdANqkQRG3MszHYUmquYWvSDGrJAnjikYCCuAT8DV5qLTp52i5DEGjo7c4igl/?mibextid=cr9u03) **However, after waiting for a significant amount of time but to no avail, the family proceeded with the boy's physiotherapy appointment. ** In the afternoon, the principal called the mother, explaining that three students who had witnessed the incident had been interviewed. > **"Two of the students claimed the ball-kicking incident was an accident, while the third claimed not to know. ** > > > > > > **However, two of the witnesses were friends of the bullies, with one of them being part of the trio responsible for the case," she further wrote.** In the Facebook post, the mother also questioned the principal's investigation process, asking why only three students were interviewed instead of the entire class. ![Penang Woman Claims Son](https://cdn.weirdkaya.com/media/penang-woman-claims-sons-bones-were-broken-by-classmate-on-purpose-alleges-school-refused-to-take-action-01.jpg)Source:[Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/100000457266635/posts/pfbid0N14GXdANqkQRG3MszHYUmquYWvSDGrJAnjikYCCuAT8DV5qLTp52i5DEGjo7c4igl/?mibextid=cr9u03) ## Mother alleges school refuses to take action She also expressed her frustration at the lack of an apology from the bullies and their parents. > **"According to the principal, the father of one of the bullies held a high position in the school's PIBG and threatened to report the incident to the police and PPD," she added.** Despite the two witnesses claiming the incident was an accident, the mother was unsatisfied with the school's response and demanded accountability. **The school, however, insisted they could not take action against the bullies as the incident was deemed accidental.** **WeirdKaya **has reached out to the OP for comment, but has not received any by press time. The mother is left feeling helpless and heartbroken, unsure of what further steps to take on behalf of her injured son. ### Read More: - [U Mobile Powers M’sians’ With Free Match Streaming on RTMKlik And A Chance To Win RM250K Football Dream Trip](https://weirdkaya.com/u-mobile-powers-msians-experience-with-free-match-streaming-on-rtmklik-and-a-chance-to-win-rm250k-football-dream-trip/) - [M’sian Boy Finds RM100 Prize Money Being Cut Up, Mum Believes Bullies May Be Behind It](https://weirdkaya.com/msian-boy-rm100-prize-money-torn-by-bullies/) - [Dashing Is Flying 3 Young M’sian Grassroots Talents For Exclusive Training With Tottenham Hotspur!](https://weirdkaya.com/dashing-is-flying-3-young-msian-grassroots-talents-for-exclusive-training-with-tottenham-hotspur/) - [This September, Get More Than Just A Degree—Get Real-World Skills](https://weirdkaya.com/this-september-get-more-than-just-a-degree-get-real-world-skills/) - [16yo M’sian Student’s Private Part Injured After He Was Beaten By Seniors At Perak Boarding School ](https://weirdkaya.com/16yo-msian-students-private-part-injured-after-he-was-beaten-by-seniors-at-perak-boarding-school/) - [2020 Recap: Everything you forgot happened](https://weirdkaya.com/2020-recap-everything-you-forgot-happened/) --- It’s unrelated to the article but here’s our brand-new podcast – [Talk Je Lah](https://open.spotify.com/show/4IelMkYKBjhrIiYp4bdIjC?si=e-nHjzc7QjWXZgsQPMrsvw&dl_branch=1)! ---
