As being said, a Malaysian doctor swiftly stepped up as a hero rescuing an 80-year-old lady who fainted during a flight from India.
In-flight emergency
Taking to his Facebook account, Dr. Sathia Prakash Nadarajan found himself facing an in-flight emergency.
Sharing the details, Dr. Sathia revealed that the incident took place on December 1st.
He was on a flight to Chennai via Kuala Lumpur when an unexpected emergency unfolded—an elderly 80-year-old lady fainted on board.
“Fortunately, my habit of carrying a stethoscope wherever I go proved to be invaluable at that moment,” he remarked, highlighting that, as it turns out, his commitment to having the trusty medical tool on hand paid off significantly.
Furthermore, he humbly requests all airlines to consider incorporating basic medical equipment on board, including blood pressure sets, stethoscopes, pulse oximeters, and essential emergency medications.
“I humbly request all airlines to have BP sets, stethoscopes, pulse oximeters, and basic emergency medication on board.” he said.
Also, he extended wishes for a speedy recovery to the grandmother from Bangalore.
