In a fierce argument with her husband, a woman decided to leave with her young child and walk for 7 hours back to her mother’s house.
However, halfway through the journey, she encountered a kind-hearted stranger who offered them a ride. The woman was overwhelmed with emotion and broke down in tears.
The woman shared her real-life story on TikTok, describing how she encountered a woman left home with her child due to dissatisfaction with her husband.

The netizen recounted that while she and her husband were driving near a forested area in Gambang, Pahang, they noticed a woman walking while carrying a young child.
Feeling sorry for their situation, the netizen and her husband decided to turn back and offer them a ride. Eventually, they found the woman on their way from Kuantan to Jerantut.
Mother and her child walked for 2 hours
She informed them that she had been walking with her child for 2 hours.
“When I told her we could give her a ride, I saw her crying. She didn’t say much; she just got into our car.”
She observed the woman crying while holding her child as she got into the car.
Once inside the car, the woman told her that she had an argument with her husband and left him and their child a week ago.
She also mentioned that she was an indigenous person and had felt scared while wandering through the forest without any shelter nearby.
The kind netizen mentioned that the woman wanted to go back to her mother’s house in Paya Bungur. Before getting the chance to hitch a ride, she had already walked with her child for 2 hours.
5 hours walk to her hometown
According to Google Maps, the distance from Gambang to Paya Bungur is 23.7 kilometers, which would take approximately 4 hours and 48 minutes to walk.
This meant that if nobody had been willing to give her a ride, she would have had to walk for about 5 hours to reach her destination.
Initially, they planned to take the woman and her child all the way to their home, but she requested to be dropped off at a nearby intersection due to poor road conditions leading to her place.
Before parting ways, the kind netizen also gave the woman some money to help her.
