Mothers would do anything to ensure their family is cared for, even if it means them toiling away for hours at a low pay.
This was exactly what one mother did for the sake of sustaining her family by bringing her three children with her while making food deliveries on her motorcycle every day.
M’sian woman takes 3 kids with her on food deliveries
The woman’s plight was first brought to light in a photo shared on Facebook by a netizen, where it showed her waiting at a traffic light on her motorcycle which was used to make food deliveries in Melaka.

The photo also showed a young child being seated at the front, while another clings to the woman from behind.
In the caption, the netizen called upon the public to render any form of assistance to the woman should they cross paths with her.
Works 5 hours daily to earn RM30
The woman, later identified as Noryani Syakira Yaakob, later told MalaysiaGazette that the photo was taken when she was delivering a fried rice order from Bukit Katil to Melaka Hospital.
That’s what I’ve been doing for the past two months, with my 5-year-old and two-year-old son riding at the back, while my 10-month-old son sits in front.

“I have to bring my children along because my husband goes out to work at a workshop, where he earns around RM1,200 a month,” she said.
Noryani added her net income is only around RM20 to RM30 a day, where she works from 7am to 12pm daily.
Doing it all for her family
Despite the meagre amount, it is enough to cover for her family’s daily meals.
“I’m grateful as it eases the guilt when my children ask for something I can’t afford. At least I can help my husband cover our children’s basic needs, like diapers, milk, and rent for our home in Bukit Lintang, which costs RM350 a month.”

Noryani said that although she has to bring her children everywhere, she’s happy that she can at least fulfill their requests for snacks or toys.
She revealed that she previously worked as a fried chicken stall assistant, but decided to find her own source of income after she began bringing her kids to work.
“Every day, after sending my eldest to kindergarten, I bring my two other kids along to make food deliveries using my husband’s motorcycle until noon.
“I only work on days with good weather and avoid going out when it rains as I’m worried for my children’s safety.”
