A Malaysian woman has gone viral after sharing how she helped a teenage girl who only had RM2.43 left in her bank account.
In a Threads post, the woman said she noticed a teenage girl, looking lost in front of a food chain.
The woman then noticed the girl checking her bank account balance.

“I got curious and saw that she only had RM2.43 left,” she wrote.
Pretended to ask for menu recommendations
Wanting to help without embarrassing the teen, the woman approached her and pretended to ask for recommendations on what food to order.
The teen then enthusiastically suggested different menu options, which later saw the woman paying for the meal and handing it to the teen.
‘Are you joking?’
The teen reportedly became emotional after receiving the food and even asked if the woman was pulling a prank on her.
The woman then comforted her and advised her to study hard for a better future.

Many netizens praised the woman for helping the teen in such a thoughtful manner.
