Recently, a Malaysian woman was left astounded after shelling out a whopping RM500 for what seemed like a rather ordinary meal during her time in Switzerland.

Sharing her expensive dine in through her X account (formerly known as Twitter), @Qstnaadi posted two pictures of the meal she had in Switzerland.
The first picture shows a plate of fish and French fries, along with some potatoes served with dipping sauce and a side of vegetables.
In the second picture, slices of baguette are shown paired with dipping sauce, alongside a hot drink.
Through her caption, she lightheartedly said, “Switzerland is beautiful, but make sure to bring lots of money, okay?”
For your information, as of now, the exchange rate for 1 Swiss Franc stands at 5.44 Malaysian Ringgit.

Her post about the RM500 meal she had in Switzerland garnered over 2.4 million views, along with comments from netizens who were left stunned and curious.
An X user asked, “What fish is that? It looks like a baguette,” to which she replied, clarifying that it is actually a fried fish. She also mentioned that it tastes delicious because it doesn’t have the fishiness smell, especially when paired with lemon garlic sauce.
When another user inquired about how she manages to survive there given the high expenses, she simply replied, “Just this once, I bought it hahaha. Afterwards, the tour guide provided the food.”
While Switzerland may be a dream destination, it’s essential to be prepared for the costs that come with it.
