Getting your pet lost is undoubtedly a heartbreaking experience, which is why most owners and pets will often burst into joy when they’re reunited.
A husky has left netizens amused with its less-than-happy expression after a woman found it wandering on its own and brought it back to its owner.
M’sian woman reunites lost husky with owner
In a Facebook post shared to the group Setia Alam Lang 市達安南人 by a woman named Koo last Friday (Mar 1), she shared a photo of her holding a gorgeous husky, which she found wandering by itself in Setia Alam, Selangor.
“I found this husky wandering alone by the Shell station in Setia Alam. But he’s safe with me now! I hope the owner sees this soon. Please call me,” she wrote in the caption.
Less than an hour later, Koo received a call from the husky’s owner, who told her that the husky named Jay jumped out of the car window and ran away after she sent it for grooming, reported SAYS.
Husky doesn’t seem happy with reunion
While you’d think that Jay would be over the moon to see his owner again, a photo shared by Koo in the comment section announcing that he had been reunited didn’t seem to suggest that was the case.
The photo of Jay’s unimpressed look has since garnered 15,000 reactions, where netizens were tickled by his expression.
Some wasted no time in making memes out of Jay’s contrasting expressions, with one writing: ‘Before: Finally got away from her! After: Got found by her again…’
Another compared Jay’s expression to juxtapose the two opposing moods of girlfriends around Malaysia (and the world).
One netizen pretended to be Jay in the situation, cheekily commenting: ‘What the heck. Auntie, did you know how hard it was for me to get out? Now I’ve been caught again.’
Unamused expression aside, we’re glad to see Jay safe and sound as well as reuniting with his owner again!
