In a viral clip, an orange cat was caught daydreaming, totally zoned out in its cage. The hilarity reached new heights when the cat’s owner captioned the video, “POV: thinking of a crush before going to bed.”
This video was shared online by a TikTok user, @ifavocado, showcasing the daily escapades of their beloved Oyen.
In this brief 20-second clip, the cat lay beside its mom, eyes unblinking, lost in la-la land for what seemed like an eternity.
Speaking exclusively to WeirdKaya, the cat’s owner, Hanie, revealed that her cat Memel’s zoning out isn’t a new act.
“My cat’s always in dreamland, and honestly, I have no clue why,” she told us.

This amusing clip from oyen has garnered over 212.2k views, with hundreds comments from netizens.
In the comments, a netizen joked that oyen might be lost in thought because the food isn’t tasty, and she’s probably scared to complain in case they throw her away.
On the other hand, another TikTok user mentioned that perhaps oyen is contemplating an escape plan.
