Animals, like human beings, are creations of God and deserve to be treated with compassion and kindness, especially when they’re in need.
A woman was recently praised for showing kindness towards a stray dog which was starving by giving it a piece of fried chicken.

In a 1-minute long clip shared on Facebook, it showed a woman clad in a blue outfit and tudung approaching a stray dog with a piece of fried chicken in her hand.
After the fried chicken was placed in front of the dog, it took a few licks of it but seemed unsure of whether to take it or not.
After several moments of hesitation, the dog finally grabbed the fried chicken with its mouth and scampered far away from the restaurant to enjoy its meal.
Towards the end of the clip, the dog is seen feasting on the fried chicken by the side of the road as the woman watches from afar.
In the caption, the woman wrote that she didn’t mind seeing the dog expressing hesitation in taking the fried chicken as long as it felt comfortable and wished the dog the best.

The clip, which has since garnered more than 790,000 views at the time of writing, saw netizens having their hearts melt over the heartwarming encounter and heaped praise on the woman for her kindness towards the dog.
