Handed down by the father

When asked about the inspiration behind conducting prayers for the rescue dogs that have passed away, Ananthi shared with WeirdKaya that the idea was passed down by her father.

He was a stray feeder and rescuer who sadly passed away on 01/11/2016, and Ananthi has been following this compassionate practice ever since.

“It’s an annual tradition,” said the independent rescuer.

She also mentioned that she has placed pictures of more than 30 kids inside the frames.

This heartwarming video has garnered over 325,600 views, with comments from netizens appreciating her thoughtful gesture.
