When given a choice, most of us would avoid using a public toilet at all costs as they aren’t the cleanest or most comfortable place to relieve yourself. However, there are times where we’re forced to use one due to emergencies.
One woman went absolutely bonkers after she was forced to buy two bottles of mineral water upon realising that the public toilet had no water for her to clean herself.
Bought mineral water to clean up after pooping
According to the caption in a 2-minute long video posted on Twitter by Oh! Media yesterday (Apr 26), the woman had used the toilet at a Shell petrol station in Taman Larah, Perak, due to a stomachache.
To her horror, she realised that the toilet had no water for her to clean herself after finishing her “business”.
Thankfully, there was a person inside the toilet stall next to her who managed to inform her husband to purchase two bottles of mineral water for her.
Engages in screaming match with staff
After cleaning after herself, the woman stormed towards the staff and confronted them over not having water in the toilet.
This then led to a screaming match between the woman and the staff, where the latter claimed that they had too many customers to attend to and hardly had time to have a break, leading the woman to scream back, “It’s not my problem!”
As the verbal fight went on, the woman wrote in the caption that she demanded to see the manager but was ignored by the staff, which made her blood boil even further.
Additionally, she also demanded that she be refunded RM6.20 for purchasing the two bottles of mineral water, which was given to her by another staff member.
However, she claimed that no apology was offered to her over the inconvenience caused by the lack of water supply.

Netizens condemn woman’s behavior
The clip, which has garnered 2 million views so far, saw much condemnation from netizens regarding the woman’s behavior.
One wrote that she should have checked whether the toilet had water before taking a dump.
Another wrote that she could have voiced her displeasure in a civil manner instead of screaming her head off.
Another netizen commented that the woman had failed miserably to portray the staff in a negative light but instead made herself look like a fool in the end.
While we admit no one likes using a toilet with no water, it’s still not right to berate the staff in such a manner!
