It’s everyone dream to land themselves a good paying and rewarding job as it can act as a ‘fuel’ to motivate one to stay committed to the job.
A young woman had a pleasant surprise courtesy of a jewellery shop she worked at for 10 years in the form of a brand new car, a reward she never thought she’d be deserving of.
M’sian woman gifted a new Proton X50
Taking to Xiaohongshu (XHS) to share her joy, the woman posed with the brand new car which was gifted to her by TianSi Jewellery, a jewellery shop located in Johor Bahru (JB).
In the post, the woman expressed gratitude for being able to land a job at “such a good company”, including having a boss who kept to his word whenever he made promises to workers.
Throughout my 10 years at TianSi Jewellery, I was given multiple opportunities to widen my horizons such as attending a course that cost a five-figure sum but was fully sponsored by the company.
“On top of that, I’ve also taken trips fully paid by the company and even received pocket money too,” she wrote.
Thanks to her company’s generosity, the woman wrote she was able to purchase two flats and two cars under her name, as well as provide a comfortable life for her family.
A symbol of gratitude
TianSi Jewellery later took to LinkedIn commenting on the woman’s post, where it wrote that the Proton X50 was given to recognise her “relentless efforts and significant contributions to the company”.
It also added that aside from being a gift, the car was also “an investment” in its culture of excellence and team spirit.
“By celebrating moments like this, we not only show our respect for individual achievements but also showcase our corporate culture and values to the world,” it wrote.
