Last month, we reported of a freak accident which saw an 18-year-old teen having his head severed after a Volkswagen Golf GTI crashed into a lamp post before colliding with the van he and his dad were in.
The impact of the crash then caused the lamp post to pierce through the van and hit the victim seated in the front seat, who was subsequently decapitated by the structure.
The driver of the Volkswagen Golf GTI was later arrested and charged at the Kuala Terengganu magistrates’ court today for causing death by reckless driving.
Claimed trial to charge
