No one likes to wait for a long time for their order as it wastes their time and only frustrates them even more. As such, wouldn’t one fume if they’re left waiting for days?
A woman recently took to social media to rant about how she was left waiting for a week for a pizza order that never came, only to find herself being the butt of online jokes after netizens noticed that she was the one at fault.
Bashed pizza store for not sending order after 1 week
In a post shared by the woman to a Facebook page related to a famous pizza chain on Apr 19, she complained about how she never got her order after one week of waiting.
Based on the receipt, she had ordered a total of three pizzas, a box of chicken, and two types of bread on Apr 10, which she paid RM183.50 for.
In the caption, she urged netizens not to order from this pizza outlet due to its poor service, writing:
Really terrible service ! Don’t order pizza from here again. Paid but no delivery, no response, no refund! It has been over a week!!!
‘But you chose pickup!’
However, the woman’s complaint quickly crumbled as sharp-eyed netizens pointed out that she had actually chosen ‘Pickup’ as the order type and didn’t hesitate to roast her over it.
‘Ordered pickup but expect delivery. Change your name to Karen instead of Rachel.’
‘Ms Rachel, I’m sorry but your seriously need more practice on reading.’
‘My mom was right, stupid people do exist…’
Well, that definitely did NOT go as what the woman expected! Lesson of the day: always check beforehand before putting the blame on others!
