We all probably have had our share of wrong orders being made when eating out, where we don’t quite get what we actually asked for.
A man recently was left both speechless and amused when his Maggi Kari Soup didn’t quite go as he expected, where he actually received two separate items instead of one.
Maggi kari soup = maggi goreng + curry?
In the 24-second TikTok video posted by @razieriot on Nov 4, it showed him having a meal at a Pelita mamak stall in Puchong, where he had ordered a bowl of Maggi Kari Soup.
To his puzzlement, the waiter gave him a small plate of curry. Thinking that the other party had misheard him, Razie repeated his order once more and hoped the waiter would get it right.
Alas, the waiter still couldn’t quite get what Razie wanted and proceeded to serve him a plate of Maggi Goreng, now leaving him with both the curry and noodles.
To show just how ridiculous it was, Razie juxtaposed the curry and noodles by shifting his phone camera from side to side before jokingly saying that the order had nearly caused him to “explode”.

The clip has since garnered more than 2 million views as well as hundreds of comments from netizens who couldn’t help but to laugh along.
One said that Razie should have said Maggi Soup instead of Maggie Kari Soup in order not to confuse the waiter.
Another suggested that the problem can be easily solved by simply pouring the curry over the noodles. #technicallythetruth
This netizen shared about how his order was misheard, where he was served Roti Tissue when he asked for some tissue paper.
