If you’re an online seller, you’d probably had your fair share of coming across abrasive and rude customers who would complain about everything, including factors beyond your control.
An online seller could hardly hold back his temper and lashed out at a customer who grumbled about his order being shipped out a day later than what was stated.
Customer complains about ‘late’ order
In a photo shared by Media Terkini on Facebook, it showed a review left by a customer after receiving his order.
While he was satisfied to see the item being delivered undamaged, he left a 1-star review as he was displeased to see his order being shipped out on Nov 11 instead of Nov 10.

The item arrived in a good condition, just that the timing wasn’t accurate. The delivery date was stated as Nov 10, but it was only done on Nov 11.
“Thank goodness (the item) wasn’t broken or damaged. Hope to see improvement on the delivery time,” read the review.

It didn’t take long for the negative review to catch the online seller’s attention, who had a pretty savage response for it.
Is this your first time buying things online? How punctual do you expect it to be? You placed the order on Nov 9 at 9am and it was shipped out at 12pm. How much faster do you want it to be?

“Do you think the seller ships the item personally? And do you think the seller works for the courier company?” wrote the online seller.
In the comment section, most netizens were firmly on the online seller’s side and praised him for clapping back at the unreasonable customer.


On the other hand, some felt that the online seller could have replied with a kinder tone, with one saying that “no matter what, the customer is always right”.
