A family of four lost their lives on the same day in a grisly incident which took place at a condominium unit in Desa ParkCity, Persiaran Residen, in Kuala Lumpur yesterday (Aug 27).
According to KL police chief Datuk Fadil Marsus, he said police received a report of a man falling from the condo unit at about 3.32pm.
Police officers were then deployed to the unit and gained access into it with help from the Fire and Rescue Department.
Three people were found dead in separate rooms. They were the man’s 47-year-old wife, their nine-year-old daughter and seven-year-old son,” he said as quoted by NST.
Fadhli added that man’s wife and children also had severe injuries to their necks. A knife allegedly used in the incident was also recovered by police.
Circumstances surrounding the family’s deaths are still being probed under Section 302 for murder and sudden death.
