In a real-life scene straight out of the movie “Final Destination,” a car parked on the side of the road had a shocking encounter with a falling betel palm leaf stem.
A nearly 2 meters long, crashed right through the car’s windshield and ended up in the passenger seat. Luckily, no one was in the car, so nobody got hurt.
The whole thing was caught on video and shared on Facebook in the “Klang People” group.
The video, which is just over 2 minutes long, shows the massive leaf stem sticking out of the windshield of a Bezza car.
The person trying to pull it out quickly realizes it’s too big and heavy to move.
It’s still a mystery whether this happened in Klang or somewhere else, as the car was empty at the time.
This video has already gotten more than 6,900 views at the time of writing.
It scared a lot of people, and some are saying that if the car was parked legally, the owner might be able to ask the local council for compensation.
This incident has people talking, especially with one commenter noting, “I used to hear that coconuts could ‘see’ and wouldn’t hit people. Now, it seems even betel palm leaves are dangerous.”
