Getting robbed in broad daylight is certainly a frightening experience, and most would tend to lose their calm when it happens to them.
A man who attempted to get away from three robbers is now facing murder charges after he accidentally killed one of the robbers with his car out of panic.

According to Berita Harian, the incident occurred at 6.39am yesterday (Mar 19) when the victim was inside his car in front of a pharmacy at Kuala Kedah.
Suddenly, he was approached by three men on two motorcycles, where one of them used an object to smash his car window, according to Kota Setar district police chief Assistant Commissioner Ahmad Shukri Mat Akhir.
Out of fear, the complainant sped off and while attempting to escape, he hit the motorcycle of one of the suspects who tried to prevent him from escaping by using it to blocking the front of his car.
“The 29-year-old suspect is believed to have died on the scene, while his two accomplices fled,” he said.
Ahmad Shukri said police are now working to track down the remaining two suspects who are still at large.
Investigations have since been launched against the victim under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder, while another investigation was opened against the suspects under Section 393 of the Penal Code for attempted robbery.
We hope police will arrest the suspects soon and give the victim the justice he deserves under the law!
