Jogging time is often healing and rejuvenating for most people but it could be a nightmare when accidents happen.
A man from Rawang has recently posted on X about his injuries after stepping on some nails placed by the roadside.
It can be seen from the pictures he shared that the nail poked holes in his foot and palm and caused some bleeding.
His post about this dangerous incident has garnered 1.1M views, 10k retweets and 9.9k likes as of writing.

Besides sharing it on social media to raise awareness, the man has lodged a police report too.
According to Harian Metro, the police are investigating the motive behind the presence of nine nails that were hammered into the shoulder of Persiaran Anggun, Bandar Country Homes, here, which injured a man today.
Gombak District Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Noor Ariffin Mohamad Nasir said his team received a report about the incident at 8:28 AM.
The investigation found that the incident occurred around 7 AM while the victim, a 36-year-old local man, was jogging in the area.”
Noor Ariffin said that the incident caused injuries to the complainant’s left foot and left palm.
He added that the motive for the incident is still under investigation, and the case is being investigated under Sections 324/283 of the Penal Code.
