Paid RM488 for missing seat

According to Nas Rahman, a lawyer who attended the concert, he purchased a RM480 ticket for seat numbers 36 and 37 in section 207.

However, when he arrived at the venue, he found that the seat numbers only went up to 36. Rahman was forced to stand at the entrance and then sit on the stairs to watch the concert.

Ask for RM1488 of compensation and refund

In an interview with Sin Chew Daily, he stated that due to the lack of response and action from Live Nation Malaysia, he has decided to demand a refund of the concert tickets worth RM480 and compensation of RM1000.

He said that as of this morning (7th), he has not received any response from the organizer, and will continue to follow up on the matter.

Many seating issues

He added that he knows of other fans who faced the same situation as him in the same seating area where he purchased his tickets.

Some said they paid RM788 to only be able to watch the concert through metal fences, while others claimed they paid RM388 for seat numbers 40 and 41 in section CAT6, only to find that there was no seat number 41.
