M’sian Influencer Earns Praise From Netizens For Helping A Father Who Gave Up His Job Due To Health Problems

Recently, a video uploaded by a Malaysian influencer, Saharuddin Amirullah, on his TikTok account touched many netizens as he provided help to a father in need that he met randomly on the street.

According to mstar, the father was seen walking in Sandakan, Sabah while holding the hand of his 13-year-old son.

Saharuddin who happened to be passing by the same street, was interested in seeing the action of the two loving father and son duo before he landing help to them.

Talking to the father, it was revealed that he had just taken his son from his family home.

“Seeing a beautiful moment of a father holding hands with his son attracted my attention to approach them. I asked him where he was from, and he said from his grandmother’s place”

“You can see the father smiling from afar. He must be excited to let go of his longing and spend time with his son again after not seeing each other for,” the influencer narrates in the TikTok video he uploaded.

In the conversation, the man also told Saharuddin that he had just quit his job due to health problems.

 “He asked his grandmother to take care of the child because he had just quit his job. My guess was right. The father had just quit his job due to health problems.”

Saharuddin then stated that the father worked as a laborer who had the task of lifting and handling goods. The father didn’t reveal his illness; he said he just can’t stand the hard work, that’s the reason why he resigned.

According to Saharuddin, at first the father looked scared because his vehicle approached them suddenly on the side of the road. 

After having a casual chat, the generous influencer then grabbed some stuff essential from his car to give to the them.

“It also looks like this father was afraid that we have bad intentions. I said don’t be afraid, brother, wait, I want to give you a basket of food,”

“Just hold the child tightly on his father’s arm. He must be worried if his father is taken away or we do something to him.” Saharuddin said, noting that he gave them rice, cooking oil, sugar, flour and an egg.

“I really hope this father is not just happy about reuniting with his child, but also pleasantly happy by the unexpected help,” Saharuddin narrates.

As things wrapped up, Saharuddin also got a chance to shake hands with the son and give some cash to the young guy.

Touched by the heartwarming clip, netizens showered praise on Saharuddin Amirullah, and some even said they wanted to follow his exemplary act.
