Not long ago, during an interview with Kosmo! ,View Chin confessed that the underlying cause of his physical assault towards his ex-wife was due to her cheating on him.
Upon talking, Chin revealed on 19 April that the (CCTV) footage of his ex-wife, Shermine Hau-Ah Moi, circulating on Facebook which showed him manhandling her in an aggressive manner was indeed true.
False allegations ruined my reputation
Nevertheless, to substantiate his actions, he mentioned that it was the result of Shermine allegedly cheating on him. He even added that it was not once yet twice and he could not withstand the situation.
“Yes, I admit that I hit her. The video that went viral is true. At the time, I was so angry after finding out that she had another man. She also had cheated on me twice with two different men,” he disclosed.
According to View Chin, as the quarrelling grew abusive he lost his patience. Not knowing how to condemn his rage, he proceeded to pour it on her by abusing her physically.
Chin kept expressing his guilt and regret and that he has already learned a lesson and then apologised sincerely.
Defending herself, Chin’s ex-wife then posted a post on Facebook yesterday denying the accusations made by Chin
She claimed that the allegations were false and has taken a toll on her reputation. Proceeding with legal action, Shermine is now ready to lodge a lawsuit on her ex-husband.
“View Chin expressed that I had been two-timing when we were married. These allegations are most certainly untrue. Action will be taken as the statements have demolished my personal reputation. Henceforward, I thus reserve the right to proceed with legal action and claim damages and compensation,” she posted in Facebook.
Shermine also told Sin Chew Daily that she was going to report Chin’s alleged mistress
According to Sin Chew Daily, the ex-wife claimed that she had considered the issue with her lawyers and will proceed by handing over the matter to them with the report.
Face to face query with the local Chinese media, Shermine was questioned whether Mira had plead guilty after her alleged mistress relationship with her ex-partner.
“No, she never did. I assume she’s hiding now. I will surely report it to the religious affairs bureau,” she responded.
Shermine also declined that Mira is now married, after photos showing her in a meminang ceremony went viral online.
She explained that Mira was just engaged but soon was called off as she was already having an intimate relationship with Chin.
