Driving at night can sometimes turn dangerous as there may be some individuals who may engage in acts that may result in injuries.
One couple had a shock of their lives after an unknown man threw a rock towards their car, which smashed the rear passenger window.
Car damaged after unknown man hurls a rock
In a 34-second video posted by user @vyberliaw on TikTok three days ago, it showed the couple driving home from Mytown Cheras at around 12am.
While on the way back home, they saw that there was a man who was allegedly throwing an object towards the car in front of them before scampering out of the way.
As they drove on, a loud crash along with glass shattering could be heard in the background, which shocked the couple and caused them to stop the car at the side of the road.
They later discovered that a palm-sized rock had been used to smash the rear passenger window and believed that it was done by the same person.
Police report lodged
The clip has since garnered more than 700,000 views at the time of writing, where netizens were frightened by the incident and expressed worry for the couple’s safety.
Speaking to WeirdKaya, the OP said that they didn’t manage to apprehend the culprit as he escaped after throwing the rock. Thankfully, no one was hurt.
She mentioned that there were 4 cars in total gotten into this incident. However, only their car is the one with the worst damage. The rest just have minor scratches on the surface of the cars.
She added a police report was lodged on the night itself and investigations are currently ongoing.
