A woman has voiced her frustration over the irresponsible behaviour of several residents at a flat in Pandamaran, Klang, Selangor, who allegedly throw rubbish from upper floors.
According to her, the repeated act has caused the area below her unit to become dirty and filled with an unbearable stench.

In a post shared on Threads, the woman expressed disbelief at the situation, sarcastically remarking that it would not be a “flat” without such issues.
She also claimed that some individuals have even thrown used baby diapers containing faeces from above.
Based on a video she shared, various types of waste such as basins, leftover food, and plastic items were seen being tossed directly вниз.
Says issue occurs almost every day
The woman believes those responsible act boldly as the rubbish often lands on a lower rooftop area, out of immediate sight.
However, she stressed that the problem is far from occasional, alleging that it happens almost every day.
As a result, vehicles parked nearby have also been hit by the falling waste.

She added that the rubbish produces a strong, lingering odour that has made the situation worse for residents living on the same level as the affected rooftop.
The garbage still smells. The stench is really unbearable. I feel bad for those living on the same level who have to deal with it,” she said.
