In this video, the individual showcases an unconventional approach to dining from a Mamak store, revealing how they cope after surgery.
Instead of eating inside the Mamak store, the person in the video chooses to eat in their car nearby. Why? Because they recently had surgery on their leg.
You can see in the video that their left leg is wrapped in gauze and an Ilizarov apparatus!
The pain isn’t even comparable to a breakup
Accompanying the video is a caption infused with humour, provocatively stating: “The pain after a breakup? You have no idea how it feels to eat Mamak food inside a car.”
‘It’s not that I didn’t want to order online…’
Speaking to WeirdKaya, the owner of the viral video identified as Farish, shared insights into the incident that led to his unconventional dining experience.
“It happened last year when I was 16, just after I came back from school,” Farish explained.
The accident occurred unexpectedly, marking a significant turn in his life. Now 17 and awaiting his SPM examinations, Farish reflects on the journey of recovery he has undertaken since.
Regarding his current condition, Farish revealed that his bone is gradually healing and returning to its previous form.
However, the road to recovery has not been without its challenges. “Due to this accident, I had to undergo four operations,” he disclosed.
There was some speculation among netizens regarding Farish’s decision to dine in his car rather than inside the eatery.
Responding to these queries, Farish clarified, “It’s not that I didn’t want to order online. At the time, I had just returned from an appointment with a specialist at the hospital. Coincidentally, it was during lunchtime, so I decided to purchase a meal and eat inside the car.”
He explained that living in a rural area far from the city meant he couldn’t get food delivered, so eating in the car was the most practical choice.

Farish also expressed his hope for a quicker recovery, saying, “If they remove the Ilizarov apparatus sooner, I can take my SPM exams this year. Otherwise, I’ll have to do them from home.”
