Being in a relationship often brings joy and companionship, but it can also reveal the true nature of one’s partner, especially when the relationship turns abusive.
A viral video which surfaced on X days ago has deeply shocked netizens after it showed a man attempting to drown his girlfriend inside a pool at condominium located at Bandar Sunway.

In the 1-minute clip shared by @adibhazlami, it showed a man having an argument with his girlfriend by the poolside before he grabbed her hair and dragged her into the pool.
After he managed to drag her into the pool with him, the man is seen trying to push her head underwater in order to drown her.
Despite the aggression, the woman somehow managed to escape her boyfriend’s grasp and continued to argue with him while still inside the pool.
According to the video caption, the man acted violently towards his girlfriend after he found out that she was pregnant.
Refused to press charges
Kosmo later reported that the woman lodged a police report following the incident but declined to press criminal charges.
According to Subang Jaya district police chief, Assistant Commissioner Wan Azlan Wan Mamat, he said the woman did so to protect her boyfriend.
The victim did not sustain any injuries and declined medical treatment. She also chose not to pursue the case further as she didn’t want action to be taken against her boyfriend.
