A bread delivery truck was involved in a dramatic accident early this morning when it was rear-ended by a cement-laden lorry while parked by the roadside for unloading.
Photos of the incident were posted on social media, and it occurred around 7 a.m. in the heart of Liminda town, causing significant vehicle damage but, fortunately, no injuries.
Bread scattered everywhere
The powerful impact sent the bread truck careening over the sidewalk and toppling over in front of a shop about five meters away.
Thankfully, the truck did not crash into the store, avoiding further damage or injuries.
Eyewitnesses described the front of the bread truck as completely wrecked, with the vehicle shattered into pieces.
Bread, debris, and parts of the truck were scattered across the road, creating a messy scene.
The accident also damaged a car and a motorcycle parked nearby, both of which were hit by the lorry during the collision.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident, which left behind a chaotic scene of bread, vehicle fragments, and spilled cargo. Cleanup crews quickly arrived to clear the road and restore order.
