INDONESIA – A video of a woman overpowering a man who allegedly tried to steal her phone has recently made rounds on the Internet, leaving netizens in awe of the woman’s absolute showing of a beatdown.
In the video, the woman is seen grabbing a handful of the man’s shirt before throwing him to ground and proceeds to slap and kick him.
Another man then appears and tries in vain to calm the woman down by pushing her away from the alleged thief. But this only seemed to anger her more as she shouted and kicked the man’s head repeatedly.
Local police confirm the incident
The incident is believed to have taken place in front of a shop in Desa Simpang Tiga at the Mataraman district in Bandar Banjar, Indonesia, reported Utusan TV.
According to local police, the man had indeed stolen the woman’s phone and is currently under investigation.

The video also gained much traction online, where it garnered over 107k likes and 5000 comments at the time of publication.

Oof. That must have been a very painful lesson for the thief. Let’s hope he doesn’t try to steal anymore!
