Kind M’sian Police Rescues Two Puppies From Drain, Receives Praises From Netizens

Rescuing those without a voice is truly noble. Recently, some kind-hearted Malaysians became heroes by saving two adorable puppies.

In a Facebook post, a Malaysian policeman was seen saving two puppies that had fallen into a drain, receiving praise from netizens for his thoughtful gesture.

Shared by Polis Daerah Hulu Selangor, the members of the Hulu Selangor MPV unit saved two puppies that were trapped in a drain approximately 3 feet deep during a patrol near Serendah Waterfall.

Said to have happened on November 20, they followed the direction of the sound and found two puppies trapped in a drain. 

When Corporal Amar saw the helpless puppies, he lifted them with help from Lance Corporal Rick’s.

In the same post, there is an emphasis on the idea that the community’s perceptions of the police.

“At times, Malaysians experience a sense of ‘trauma’ when encountering the police on the roadside. The assumption often arises that there’s a roadblock, impending legal actions, unfriendliness, or arrogance, yet the actual circumstances remain unknown, highlighting the gap between perception and reality.” they wrote

“However, the truth is that people are not aware of the actual situation.” they continued.
