A video of food delivery rider beaten up by security officers at a condominium in Shah Alam has recently went viral on Facebook.

In a 27-seconds video posted by a Facebook page 我们是马来西亚人 We are Malaysians, it showed a group of security guards striking and beating a food delivery rider at Seksyen 13, Shah Alam (Dec 11).

It is seen in the video where one of the security officers pushing the rider’s head forcefully towards the glass door at the condominium entry.

In the struggle to eject the man from the condominium area, they were also seen striking him with a security baton.

The video has since garnered over 1k reactions and 450 comments at the time of writing where many netizens demand for a full story on the incident happened.

Some netizens also stated that CCTV footage should be used to prove the incidence and to also hear from both sides.

The food delivery rider started the fight

With many netizens demanding for the truth of the incident, one member from a Facebook group GrabFood Rider Malaysia posted a CCTV footage of the incident.

The video first showed the food delivery rider entered the condominium lobby and walking towards the receptionist desk where the security guards were there.

After a moment of talking to the security guards, it is seen that the rider suddenly punched one of the guard.

All of the security guards then fought the rider attempting to drive him away from the condominium entrance.

It is stated in the caption where the rider had started the fight first as he punched one of the Nepalese security guard at the receptionist desk.

Hopefully the virtuous will be shown to be in the right.
