Firefighters are heroes, no doubt.
They run into burning buildings, save lives, and sometimes, just sometimes, rescue people from the most bizarre predicaments.
A perfect example: a recent call in Indonesia where they were summoned to tackle the ultimate showdown—between a woman’s nose piercing and a chair. Spoiler alert: the chair lost.
She tried everything—pulling, wiggling

It all started when a woman’s nose piercing decided to form an unbreakable bond with a chair.
She tried everything—pulling, wiggling, even enlisting her friends for what we can only imagine was the most unconventional tug-of-war ever. But no luck.

Out of ideas and patience, she did the only thing left to do: call the firefighters, who were probably not expecting their next mission to involve a woman, a chair, and an awkward car ride to the station.
They carefully freed the piercing
When she arrived at the fire station, chair still firmly attached, the firefighters took one look at the situation and knew what had to be done: crack jokes.

They lightened the mood by pretending to go full action-movie mode, whipping out an electric saw.
But, of course, they didn’t actually saw anything. Armed with pliers, steady hands, and what can only be described as elite problem-solving skills, they carefully freed the piercing. Mission accomplished.
Firefighters celebrate it with a dance
As if that wasn’t enough, the firefighters decided to cap off their success with a celebratory dance, proving they could save the day and bust a move.

Meanwhile, the woman, now free from her chair nemesis, left the station with her nose intact and a hilarious story to tell.
This rescue just goes to show: firefighters really can handle anything, whether it’s flames, floods, or a rogue piece of furniture.

Hats off to these legends for saving the day with skill, humour, and a little bit of flair.
