Sharing his experience on Twitter, Mahathir expressed his delight with the journey and the MRT system as a whole.

“On the third day of Hari Raya, my wife and I, along with our friends, decided to try the MRT from Sungai Buloh to Putrajaya,” he wrote.

He emphasized that the overall experience made him feel like he was in a developed country. The smooth journey and the impressive facilities provided for passengers stood out to him.

He added, “Overall, I felt as if I were in a developed country. The journey was excellent, as were the facilities provided for passengers.

During the trip, Mahathir had the opportunity to ask several questions about the MRT’s performance, as the staff accompanied him and his group throughout the journey. He appreciated their helpfulness and attentiveness.

In his tweet, Mahathir mentioned the spacious stations equipped with elevators and escalators, saying, “I believe this rail system will be well-received by the public, as long as the high cost is not an issue.”

Mahathir also took the opportunity to congratulate the management team of the Sungai Buloh-Putrajaya MRT line for their hard work and dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for passengers.
