While there are some who practice a relatively healthy lifestyle by exercising daily and watching their food intake, it still doesn’t guarantee that they are safe from succumbing to a sudden death.
This is sadly the case for a 75-year-old Malaysian man, who tragically passed away while he was out jogging.

According to Harian Metro, the incident took place at the Dahliasari Recreational Park in Bandar Sungai Buaya, Hulu Selangor on Saturday (Jan 13).
Prior to the incident, the victim had gone out exercising with the community from as early as 7am.
At around 8.30am, he suddenly lost consciousness and collapsed while walking along the trail at the park.
Hulu Selangor district police chief Superintendent Ahmad Faizal Tahrim said the victim was later confirmed dead by hospital staff who rushed to the scene to provide emergency assistance at 9am.
Our investigation found that the victim was rugby coach who had previously served for the National Sports Council (NSC) for 30 years.
“He also had a history of suffering from two illnesses, namely heart problems for two years and high blood pressure for 20 years,” he said when contacted by the Malay daily.
Ahmad Faizal added no criminal elements were found in the case, where it has been classified as sudden death.
The victim’s body was later sent to the Kuala Kubu Bharu Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
