We have seen unruly customers from eateries to high-end restaurants. Recently another similar incident happened at a McDonald’s chain.
According to the video that went viral on Twitter @MALAYSIAVIRALLL, a man in a red shirt ‘gave a lengthy lecture’ to several workers for wasting his time just because of a cheeseburger.
The man can be heard lashing out at an employee with a barrage of complaints.
In one instance, the customer is saying “Do you think I can’t afford to buy, I can buy everything!”
Following that, he is heard saying “I’ve reached home, there’s nothing to eat, so I had to turn back. Is this how you treat me? Not only did I have to wait outside, but you gave it to another car.”
He continues ranting with “Do you think I have time? Do you think I have time to come back here again?”
The video has garnered over 538,000 views and 2682 likes at the time of writing. The exact location of the fast food chain is still unknown.

Be considerate
However, netizens do not seem to side with the man. Most of them sympathize with the workers who became the victim.
One netizen said the man should feel shameful shouting in a public space.
One netizen said she pities the cashiers as they take all the blame if there are any complaints and that the chef should be responsible.
Another netizen said she used to work in the F&B industry. She understands how the staff are not smiling at times due to the amount of workload but stresses the importance of smiling and thanking the customers.
What do you guys think about this incident?
